Cluvo is a daily trivia game platform where players guess entities (characters, movies, athletes, etc.) from clues. The basic game is free to play. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Catalog Data Accuracy

Cluvo's catalog data is synchronized periodically from third-party data sources. We do not guarantee that the data is updated in real-time or completely accurate. For example, sports statistics or movie details may not reflect events that occurred after our last synchronization.

Game puzzles are created based on the data available at the time of their configuration. Cluvo is not responsible for inaccuracies arising from subsequent real-world changes (e.g., player transfers, role changes).

4. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials you use to access the service.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate leaderboards is strictly prohibited.
• Your username and any generated content must not contain offensive language, infringe on third-party trademarks, or expose others' personal data.

By using Cluvo, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, extensions, or any automated means to interact with the game or solve puzzles.
• Fraudulently manipulate leaderboards, scores, or statistics.
• Harass, threaten, insult, or harm other users, especially within social features or groups.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the platform's internal systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to compromise the security of the service.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent deletion of your account without notice or liability.

6. Groups and Social Features

Groups are spaces where users can compete and share results. The group creator or administrator is responsible for managing conduct within it. Cluvo does not actively moderate private group content and disclaims all liability for user behavior in these spaces.

7. Intellectual Property

All original Cluvo content, including interface design, source code, logos, and game mechanics, is the exclusive property of its creators. Third-party data (entities, images, statistics) comes from external sources under their respective licenses. No license is granted to copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use the platform's content without express authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Cluvo service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Cluvo or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
